COVID-19 - Teleconsults and important information

As of Monday 20/3/2020 - we are able to offer all patients telephone consults (this is a temporary measure during the Coronavirus pandemic). If your appointment does not require a face to face consultation, please request a telephone consultation when making an appointment.

All telehealth appointments are bulk billed. This may change in the coming weeks for our usually privately billed patients.

For face to face consults, we are triaging all patients on arrival and anyone who has any respiratory symptoms will be asked to return to their vehicle and your doctor will come out to assess you. We are taking measures to minimise traffic within our clinic with reduced number of patients in the waiting room.
